Vocal Toning Class

In this class we will be doing an intense series of core vocal training excersizes from the late acient musical gods and goddess  Furthermore we will begin to learn about the origins of sound , and voice and how it can be used both practically , professionally and spiritually. Ive studied sound for 13+ years and have found that it has truly helped me to connect with my inner urpose and knowing , anytime you sing even if its for 5 minutes in the shower you are creating stimulation to the Vegas nerve and stimulating an Increase brain wave coherence, body integrity and life energy Developing vocal resonance and effective, clear communication Release limiting patterns and increase clarity and creativity Reducing stress and incoherent emotional and physical patterns and Increasing personal empowerment and ability to manifest your true purpose.
